Believe it or not, business owners are positive about 2012!

Our online snapshot survey of how business owners, CEOs and MDs of small-medium sized businesses (SMEs) are viewing 2012 is now published. Here are some of the take-aways:

1. The majority are positive about 2012, almost 1/3rd are excited!

2. Gaining business from NEW customers is regarded as the number one priority

3. No one expects online business to decrease, but a significant group think it will remain at 2011 levels.

4. Gaining new business is the key issue for most CEOs and that is where they spend most of their time. But an equal number noted that operational issues are their main activity.
